Izzi and i went down to the lake house the other day and had a great time.  We just needed to check on it and what not. I was in such a good mood that i bought izzi her own island.  photo below.

Izzi and Kelsey went to the Jonas Brothers concert a few weeks ago and izzi sent me this picture right before they went to see the show.  Wow, are they excited.  They have waited so long for this night. They obviously share a special memory together and will never forget that evening.  Kinda like when i was first introduced to Jake B.

something to blog about

I haven't blogged lately, well that is what i hear each and every time  I am around my younger, soft fingered techspressionistic friends from Freshlife.  I try and block it out at first, then i get a little bit bitter.  I'm not mad or anything like that, its just that I  am not in the position to simply write about myself in a self degrading light.  Mind you, I want to, but until i am certain that i truly have something interesting to say, i often muzzle the fuss.

Seriously FOG, people always think that its what a man treasures that counts, but i think that what a man throws away is far more significant.  If i looked into Norman Fog's trash can, what things would my eyes behold?

Great question Yassen.  Unfortunately according to my attorneys i am not at liberty to disclose all the details that are under my sink.  There may or may not be (language my attorney  strongly suggested i insert here) birthday invitations, bacon wrappers, empty wine bottles and several questionable bills that found there way to this specific  filling cabinet.  Having said that, one thing you will find is a lot of empty amazon boxes, Mrs Fog has serious mall withdraws.

Thursday or Tuesday?

So i battled with myself over whether i would attend the mens prayer and book discussion this time around.  I enjoyed myself last time but it was very early and usually took up a good part of my morning.  I set my alarm last night, woke up at 2:30am and turned it off.  I thought I will pass this time, then woke up at 6am.  So, I decided that maybe i should go after all: I'm up anyway.  So i made coffee, drove thru the snow and got there 2 minutes early.  I was stoked.  I turned my iPhone to silent open the car door and made my way toward the stairs to go up to the meeting room.  The door was locked, I looked around no one was anywhere near me, it was now 7am.  Oh crap, it's Thursday not Tuesday.  After all i was the one who announced this at church... someone was paying attention.

Those crazy boots

My wife has a pair of cowboy boots in the bathroom that she has on a table for a display.  I hate them and always put them in weird positions.  Like upside down or one on it's side and the other boot standing on the weaker boot.  Well Izzi has noticed this and got in on the competition.  I last placed the boots suspended from the wall on a rack.  I thought wow, thats going to be hard to beat.  I walked into this little masterpiece from the new reigning boot stacker,  Izzi "bags" jojonas

does anyone know this man

Today i was having lunch and i noticed this weird looking guy sitting across the room.  I decided to snap a shot of him to show Eric later and when i did he was looking right at me.  I played it off like I was checking the weather on the iphone.  Anyway, i put down a 20 and paid my bill with enough for a sweet tip (the way I roll) and stomped off to the bathroom before leaving.  On the way out i looked back at my table and noticed that the 20 was gone.  I noticed Tom Ford was gone also.  If anyone has contact information on this guy please respond.
